As children learn to accept responsibility, they gain confidence and actually enjoy being responsible. Self-sufficiency raises self-esteem! This session will focus on how to increase cooperation without nagging – an energy drain on parents. Discussion on how to encourage responsibility for actions and provide rewards and consequences will be covered. The home is a training ground for life! If we teach our children to be good workers in the home, they will be successful in life and value work.
